Weezic is a Parisian start-up that was founded in 2011 by Nicolas Arbogast and Gregory Dell'Era. Its aim is to reinvent the way musicians practice music, with the augmented sheet music ®.

The team is composed of passionate musician-entrepreneurs dedicated to music, who share these common values:

  • a high musical demand, and an absolute respect of the music scores
  • a passion for innovation, in order to use the best tools and technologies to enhance music practice
  • a desire to create simple and accessible products, in order to reach all musicians, not only the more tech-savvy ones.

    Gregory is the musical innovation guru.
    He leads the Research and Development program, and manages augmented sheet music production. His moto is: “if we can dream it, we can do it!”
    Before founding Weezic with Nico, Gregory got a Master of Engineering from Les Mines ParisTech, and worked as a consultant at Accenture and Bain & Company for 6 years.
    He is a great recorder and bassoon player, with a diploma from the Rueil-Malmaison Music School.

    Nicolas Arbogast never stops !
    Whether it is about defining the next strategic goal for Weezic, keeping the team focused or bringing development loops to the next speed level, Nicolas always engages 200%.
    Before founding Weezic with Greg, Nicolas studied law (Assas, Paris), management (ESCP, Paris) and was a business strategy consultant for three years at Bain & Company.
    He is a passionate software developer, working mainly in Ruby/Rails & JS(coffeescript), an outdoor sports addict, and he knows Weezic definetily will be a game changer in music practice, now.

    Gabriel loves musicians.
    Beginner, amateur, professional or teacher, he will spare no effort to understand your needs, and make the augmented sheet music transform your music practice!
    Gabriel has worked with several tech start-ups, and has completed a MCs in Management at HEC Paris Business School.
    He plays the saxophone and likes discovering new music! He puts all his energy and passion into the Weezic musical revolution.

    Julien plays with sounds and sheet music.
    He turns scores into augmented sheet music, make them play music and scroll automatically, or switches them from a screen to a tablet. Musician, composer, developer, he handles all the music signal processing.
    During his free time, Julien works on sound spatialization and creates interactive musical installations mixing art and technology. He also plays the guitar and the shamisen
